NDT Systems manufactures an extensive range of Bubbler Style transducers. These transducers provide a minimal beam (spot) size and other benifits of an immersion style transducer, while providing the convienience and mobility of a contact style transducers. Essentially, they are "captive" immersion transducers supporting a captive water path. This permits us to use a very broad range of frequencies (5 MHz to over 30 MHz) and focal characteristics for these transducers. Beam sizes down to 0.020" are possible
